• Booking confirmed only after 50% deposit has been received.
• Full payment to be done 14 before arrival.

Refund:

• Full refund if cancelled 2 month prior arrival.
• 50% refund of total quoted if cancelled 14 before check-in date.

• The house runs completely on solar energy for hot water and electricity. We are not responsible for weather conditions.

You may have to adapt your energy consumption habits to  the weather conditions.

• In usual sunny conditions, electricity supply is sufficient for average household energy needs.
• For the safety of your animal and our game and livestock on the farm, we do not accept pets.
• No motorbikes are allowed on the game farm.
• Always keep an eye on children. The swimming pool and the green roof are not fenced.
